Malik is a great Coach
condit was one of the best strikers to ever play in the UFC, in this course we see some techniques used in his fights, very good content.
Creating a potential nightmare for your opponents
This is not meant for absolute beginners. If you are still trying to work out the difference between a jab and a hook, you might want to wait a little before getting this set. However, once you have passed the beginner's level, this is a very valuable instructional to have. The coach is highly qualified and experienced and this comes through in his coaching. In a sport in which bad techniques or tactics can lead to severe concussions, any tactical edge that you can get is potentially very advantageous. Mr. King's "I dare you position" and all the technical aspects that develop out of it, such as a quicker and less visible jab, could possibly cut down on the likelihood of such concussions and this makes it a must-have. It is a very comprehensive strategy all originating from one single position. I can't wait to experiment with these concepts in the ring!
Great Intermediate level instructional
A lot of great concepts, good traps, etc would recommend to intermediate level boxers who are already training at a gym with other experienced fighters.
