Great video tutorial. I would definitely recommend it. Coach Steve has a lot of knowledge.
Great
A well put together instructional. You learn when to throw the jab, how the opponent can react and what to do next.
Superb, Comprehensive and Actionable
The thing about boxing is that eventually, you need to spar to get better. When you spar, any gap that you may have leads to physical pain, your pain. So if you want to learn boxing, you need to pick coaches that really know their stuff. Mr. Van De Walle clearly knows his stuff. Everything is well explained, crisply demonstrated and backed up by a lot of experience. This is the kind of program you can really use to prepare for hitting others in the head whilst not getting hit in the head yourself.
