Details
I really like AJ's breakdown ls of smaller but very important details for generating power, countering opponents defenses etc. he also covers the fundamentals, but the gold in this series lies in the often overlooked details. Big brain fighting.

good on techniques. Fine tuning small details. Like hands placement during kicks. Little things that matter. Demonstrate slowly which helps beginners. Multiple angles also help. Good presentation.

Cool ****. Mechanics of hand is good for kicks. Stretching the rubber band like Aj said.
