Dyah Davis is a former NABF Super Middleweight champion and three time World title challenger. Davis was a very successful boxer between the years of 2004 and 2016. He now owns his own gym in East Boca Raton, Florida by the name of Boca Boxing District. His gym focuses both on boxing techniques and athletic conditioning. Davis opened Boca Boxing District in January of 2019. He also is the head striking coach of American Top Team in Coconut Creek, Florida. He has been coaching there for fourteen years. Davis has had the opportunity to work with fighters such as Dustin Poirier and Amanda Nunes.

Dyah Davis lost to Aaron Pryor Jr. on November 11, 2010. The fight took place at Scheels Arena in Fargo. Davis lost a unanimous decision. 

Dyah Davis lost to Sakio Bika by TKO in the tenth round. The fight took place on June 2, 2012 at the Home Depot Center in Carson. During this fight, Davis lost his NABF Super Middle title. 

Dyah Davis lost to James DeGale on November 16, 2013. The loss was decided by unanimous decision. The fight took place in Glow, Bluewater, Greenhithe in the United Kingdom. 

Dyah Davis also had one match that ended in a draw by majority decision when fighting against Francisco Sierra. Davis also had one match that ended up being a no contest. The fight was against Donovan George and was decided to be invalid when George failed a drug test.

Dyah Davis' Injuries!

Dyah Davis once had to withdraw from a fight that was to take place in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2013. He claimed to have been injured the week prior while sparring. He did not specify what type of injury it was. His hopes at the time was that the injury would be healed before the competition but it was not. 

Is Dyah Davis Retired?

Dyah Davis had taken a break from professional boxing between the years of 2016 and 2022. He has recently announced that he is coming back to fight in Fight Night 4 by Blacksheep Boxing and Entertainment. The fight will be taking place at the Delray Beach Tennis Center in Delray Beach, Florida. He is set to fight Samuel Miller on November 8, 2022. 

Outside of this upcoming fight, he is still highly active as a coach for his gym, Boca Boxing District, and for American Top Team. He has also released instructional videos with Dynamic Striking in which he teaches the basics of punching, footwork, and other defensive concepts.
