Skrivers recounts that he felt as if the fights were being catered to the local headliners. That night he was set to have three fights. The first was with an Iranian fighter who was a K-1/Sanda fighter. He submitted the kickboxer with an armbar within the first round. The next fight was with a local Chinese MMA fighter which he won with a karate kick that resulted in a KO. His last fight of the night was with Jun Hoe Jeong, a Korean mixed martial artist. Skrivers won the match with a leg kick and earned the Loong FC belt. He went from being a last minute substitute, to the champion of the night.
